Harbour Sixty

Harbour Sixty is a landmark steakhouse in the heart of Toronto’s downtown waterfront. In 2024, it underwent a major transformation, with extensive renovations to its historic building and an evolution from a single restaurant concept into a multi-concept hospitality destination. The redesigned property now houses the original Harbour Sixty steakhouse across the first and second floors, the new event space Estelle on the third floor, and a modern Italian dining concept on the fourth floor.

As Lead Designer at Heavy Studio — a collaborative studio between Sovereign State and Biography — I worked across both teams to translate the creative vision into a cohesive brand system. Guiding designers through the process, I helped shape the identity across various touchpoints, including the creation of the central emblem inspired by the building’s architectural details, such as its archways and columns. The emblem serves as a unifying element that connects the three concepts while celebrating the heritage and character of the historic property.
