The project was to create a fictional drug and to design a branding for it. The drug "Vero Amore" is a fictional pill intended to "fix" infidelity problems between couples.
The idea behind the drug is to condition romantic partners to be forced to stay faithful to their significant others. If thoughts of infidelity and unfaithfulness crossed their minds, they would be subjected to effects such as vomiting. Thus, the drug does not fix problems couples are dealing with, but offer short-term, unhealthy "fix" to keep couples together.
The hand-lettered logo was created to target desperate couples looking for a way to salvage their relationships. The romantic letterforms bring a false sense of assurance that the pill will fix relationship problems.
